After establishing a Bluetooth connection or Wi-Fi hotspot connection between the mobile app and the device, connect the device to the Internet by joining WiFi. At this time, the connection mode of the device is switched to IOT connection, and the user can use the App to remotely control and manage the RV power system equipment from any corner of the world.
Bluetooth connection: Automatically discover Bluetooth devices and manually connect to Bluetooth devices.
For devices that support Bluetooth connection, you can establish a Bluetooth connection between your phone and the device through the App. For whether the device supports Bluetooth connection, you can check the manual of the corresponding device.
Device Wi-Fi hotspot connection:
Click the "Add Device" button on the App homepage to select the corresponding device that supports Wi-Fi hotspot connection in the manual added device list. According to the App's guidance, press and hold the device's "RESET" button to reset the device and connect to the device's Wi-Fi hotspot. .
IoT connection
After the App establishes a Bluetooth connection or Wi-Fi hotspot connection with the device, follow the App's guidance to select the Wi-Fi name and enter the correct Wi-Fi password. At this time, the device's connection method will switch to IOT connection.
Device control
After connecting the device, the connected device will be displayed on the App homepage. After selecting the corresponding device icon, you can enter the device details page, view the device status and data, and control the device.
Device online:
View the device status and data in real time on the App device details page, control the device, unbind the device, etc.
Device offline:
When there is no Bluetooth, Wi-Fi hotspot or IOT connection between the App and the device, the device is offline and you cannot view the device status and data or control the device on the App.
Firmware upgrade:
The firmware upgrade function is a basic service of the Voltgo App. Upgrading the device firmware is particularly important when the device firmware needs to be updated due to software bug maintenance, self-function optimization, or device performance improvement.
