VSmart by VoxSmart is the world’s first cloud hosted, unified mobile surveillance platform. Using our proprietary solution, we help banks and financial institutions capture, record and store mobile communication such as Voice, Voicemail and SMS on any mobile network and in any location to give you the most sophisticated mobile surveillance capability in the world.
No need to replace your existing Mobile Network or use a 3rd Party ‘App’. This app uses the Device Administrator permission.
VMC utilises the Accessibility Service to detect tamper attempt information for regulatory compliance purposes, for example, if a regulated user tries to circumvent core functionality or to prevent the app from working as intended, then the app can detect this tamper attempt and report it.
Information provided by the Accessibility Service is not collected or shared, and is only used in order to detect tamper events.
The Accessibility Service is not used to record audio or voice calls.
The Google Play Program Policies require you to consent to having personal and sensitive user data collected by VoxSmart.
VoxSmart also monitors your device contacts. Contact information is collected, but is only used in order to provide correct contact information for calls.
Depending on settings specified by your employer, VoxSmart may monitor and record any of your SMS messages, calls, call logs, and attempts to prevent this monitoring.
Any collected data is sent securely to VoxSmart's cloud infrastructure, where it is made accessible to your employer.
