Wellcare+ Description

Wellcare+ is the mobile app all members need. Take your Medicare and Prescription Drug Plan ID cards with you on the go, find a provider, view claims, and stay connected.

Wellcare is designed to make Medicare easier. With Wellcare+, you’ll always have your prescription coverage with you when you need it. You can stop carrying around insurance cards in your wallet, and you can quickly find a doctor or pharmacy in your network.

Wellcare+ is not currently available to former Allwell, Fidelis, Health Net, and Trillium Medicare members. We are working tirelessly to support those members with this app.

Comments about Wellcare+ Android Version

I can't even get on the app OR website!! I created an account with email and password, but when I enter them, it says they sent a verification code to my email. I enter the code and tap "continue," and it does NOTHING!!! I've done this before, a number of times, and have never had this problem. Ridiculous app AND website!!!!! Update: I downloaded another app to scan the code on my card, and I was able to sign into the app. Let's hope I can easily get all of my prescribed meds.
This app is less than helpful. The font on the care plan is too tiny to see, and the app does not rotate the pages or allow them to magnify the pages. I have the wrong provider on the card in the app but the right provider when I try to change. It does not track appointments I have been to nor upcoming appointments. The font needs to be bigger in the app overall.
Not impressed with billing. There is no transparency in billing; they give a total but don't indicate what it's for, two months, one month and fees? Billing is through a third party and again there is no transparency. Is there a late fee ( if you receive the notice on the 21st but it was due on the 20th was there a late fee?) The third party biller states that there will probably be a service charge for the billing BUT they don't list it. I probably will not use Welllcare next year. I hate lies.
