Wellness War Description
Become a Wellness Warrior with this app created to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities learn ways to improve their health, while having fun with friends. Ten challenges with specific goals address activity, nutrition, water, oral hygiene, technology, and kindness. Track your victories in the one-week challenges with a trophy appearing in the trophy case. Warriors can battle their friends by sharing a link via text or email to a specific challenge. Friends then download the link and decide to accept the challenge, reject the challenge, or pick a different one.
