WorkBlast - Shift Trading Description
WorkBlast is a powerful and efficient communications tool designed to supplement rather than replace your existing scheduling solution. It ensures that schedule changes and add-ons proceed in an efficient, hassle-free manner.
It's like having your own, personal on-demand labor network just for you and your business!
WorkBlast works right out of the box. No credit card. No company meeting. No on-boarding. No training. NO USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS. And no integrations of any kind.
HOW IT WORKS
- Organize your staff into different shift trading pools based on department, position, or skill set.
- Easily offer up a shift/gig to an entire pool or just specific people.
- The first person to claim the shift, gets it. Then managers can approve or reject.
- Managers can request up to 10 workers for a single shift, and the offer will remain open until all slots are filled.
- Managers control access to the pool and decide who is allowed to offer shifts.
EXAMPLES
"Bob got a flat tire and can't make it in! Quick, we need someone to cover for him!"
"Looking for 3 people to work a special event next Friday. Who wants in!?"
FOR WORKERS
- No more calling co-workers, one-by-one, begging for someone to cover your shift.
- With the push of a button, you can offer your shift to everyone who is qualified to cover it, even people you don't like or have never even met.
- Optionally offer a bonus incentive for someone to cover your shift.
- If manager approval is required, they will be notified automatically.
