X Ghanaian Draughts Description
Damii is also known as Dame or Ghanaian draughts/checkers - is one of the most popular and entertaining draughts games in Ghana. Draughts dates back on the African Continent to around 3,000 BC and is considered part of the Alquerque style of games.

Checkers board is also mirrored horizontally. In Ghana, a notable exception to the standard rules is that the player who has only one piece left (king or checker) loses.
