I hate this new app. I have a couple of different accounts with y12 and I see no easy way to move money between them like I used to. It also keeps signing me into the wrong account, even retyping in the account name! Very poorly designed app I believe. I hope this is resolved soon or might leave this credit union. I used to urge my husband to move his accounts to my credit union, but after my experiences the last couple of days with the new app, I might transfer to his.

It's awful, I can't find anything.i rely on easy pay to pay my rent as well as wifi bill and I can't find it I clicked in settings and it gave me an error message. When I tried to go back from settings it made me log in again, this is a garbage app and they need to immediately change back to the other one.

This app is absolutely terrible. The old app was easy to use and very simple. This app is difficult to navigate and lacks the functionality of the old version. You can no longer move money to another members Y12 account. This is NOT an improvement. Very dissatisfied with this version.
