Yoga with Talai Description
In Breathe First Yoga, find a yoga practice that moves with the ebbs and flows of your life. You don’t need to dedicate hours a day, travel and pay big monthly membership fees to have a yoga practice. For less than a drop-in fee for a yoga class, start, and end, right here.
If you only have 15-20 minutes, I’ve got you with yoga snack classes where you can choose from targeting areas that are tight and hurting, full body practices, and yin classes that help you wind down and feel calm. Have more time? 30 minute classes give you a chance for yoga strength gains, improving balance, gaining flexibility, diving a bit deeper and longer yin practices.
If you have an hour or more, peak pose classes will help you tackle some of those hard to reach poses where you can dive deeper into your body and your yoga practice. Target practice are quick videos that break down poses for you that you may have questions about. The only catch? Just start by noticing your breath and let yourself be imperfect.
Don’t know how to focus on your breath? I’ve got you too, not only does every class encourage this, but you can listen to tutorials on different types of pranayama or breathing practices that can make an immediate difference in your mood, either calming you down, bringing you more energy or balancing you out.
What Breathe First Yoga customers are saying:
