The upgrade to version 2.0 was counterproductive. The app had functioned perfectly well. It read the uploaded Flybuys card without any issues. Not anymore. Since the upgrade, my Flybuys card is not read at all. I contacted the Customer Service and was pretty much dismissed unceremoniously. Without the ability to use the Flybuys points to discount the cost of petrol I see no use of Z any longer, so I switched to Mobil, BP and Waitomo.

Downloading this app was the biggest mistake of my life. The way you can't remove your car from the app, so you drive in and it automatically declines but won't let you pay at the pump because it sits on the declined screen. The amount of times I've just had to leave because I can't get fuel. Its ridiculous to automatically do pay by plate and not give any other option. Trying to remove my plate from the app so I can fuel up.

I just installed it as ilthe constant reminder to download this in the original app is simply infuriating showing up each time you open the app. Then opened this and cannot believe this has 4.5 rating?! By the time I found the pumped qr discount screen I was already ready to uninstal. This needs some features like customising preference depending what you drive. Like others are saying, not everyone cares about notifications or EVs. The UX is so unintuitive it's not even funny.
