ZEN Tiles" is a tool for individuals to arrange "feeling tiles" and objectively view their own emotions. Look at the 20 types of "feeling tiles," recall events, and arrange them by time. How to play the game
1) Take out one feeling tile.
2) Think back to your day and remember the events that made you feel the way you feel on your Feelings tile.
3) Place it on the time board at the appropriate time.
・Tiles that make you feel good should be placed above the time board, and tiles that make you feel bad should be placed below the time board.
・If you cannot place a tile adjacent to the time board because another tile has already been placed, place a tile adjacent to the already placed tile so that the horizontal axis becomes the corresponding time.
・If you cannot remember the event associated with that feeling tile, place it to the left of the time board.
From now on, this place will be called "the place to put tiles of feelings I can"t remember."
4) Continue in this manner until you have flipped and placed the 10th feeling tile from the pile.
