This is a mobile-friendly application that can be accessed from desktop computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
Features:
- Visitor registration in advance or on-site.
- Visitor time in/out verification.
- Visitor history records.
- Ban list.
- Two-way QR code scanning.
- Visitor-scan-Host or Host-scan-Visitor.
- Scan by device camera or 2D barcode scanner.
- Visitor label printing (OS Limitation).

=== Employee Gate Pass ===
Use Employee Gate Pass to manage employees going out during working hours for business or personal matters. Gate Pass is subject to superior approval, the entrance administrator (e.g. security guards) will be able to verify the employee in and out on the system.
=== Material Gate Pass ===
The Material Gate Pass can be used in several aspects, such as a proof of item handover between departments, records of dispatched items, or tracking of item returns, etc. Whether the recipient is internal or external, they can scan the QR code on the Gate Pass to confirm receipt of the items instead of signature as long as user registered a system account.
=== e-Leave ===
e-Leave is an extended service of employee gate pass. In the same form, employees can have the option to apply for leave or gate pass. Generally, e-Leave is managed by the HR department. e-Leave can also be used for Time Off and submission of missed clock in/out.

- Internet access is required for the app to work
- The printing function is not available for mobile phones and tablets, please use the Zonss App Web.
