I had some issues with data recording at first from my Galaxy watch 4, but I contacted support and they had me change some settings. Now the app seems to work great, I have heart issues on both sides of my family. So, it's nice to see the data. If you're having issues I would contact support and they should be able to help you. They were super nice and I recommend the app
I have loved this app, and I do pay for the subscription. In recent months, there have been quite a few glitches recording my heart rate and syncing from my watch as well as syncing activities from Google Fit. I contacted Support, and while they provided various suggestions, all of which I tried, the excuse is now the "third-party apps." Sorry, I expect more from a paid app, and if you can't deliver what you advertise, then don't charge for it.
Loved this App at first seemed to work great and i paid for subscription. But recently its been missing alot of data even when google fit has the data missing from cardiogram so its the App not my watch or sensors. For instance during sleeps periods i have large amounts of missing data, even with wearing watch tight. But when i check google fit it has no missing heart data. Great concept but seems not even close to being accurate.
