Calendar sync has been extremely glitchy for years and stopped working for everyone entirely a few months ago. Clocking in and out takes ages and relies on the GPS functioning well, which it often doesn't. Messaging through the app is very clunky and unreliable. Flipping through weeks in the calendar to check your shifts (since the calendar sync doesn't work) usually freezes and crashes the app. Hopefully we drop this and just go back to doing everything in Google sheets...
It explains everything to detail to what to do and I like it you could clock in and clock out you can check your schedule it's all for you we're not little kids so it's not hard to do I like it though it's different does it work good for the bosses I'm pretty sure does but anyway I really do like it it's very convenient
Nothing but problems. I am supposed to have management permissions to create shifts, adjust hours etc. And I have lost the ability to do so about 2-3 times and we have only been using the app for 3 weeks. I reached out to support through the app, and am still waiting for this to get resolved.
