Lekh Dhumbal is a traditional and popular Nepali card game, played mostly among friends and family during gatherings or festivals. It is a variant of the Dhumbal card game and is especially well-known in rural areas of Nepal.

This game is played using a standard deck of 52 playing cards and can be enjoyed by 2 to 5 players. The game involves forming sets and sequences of cards to reduce the total points in hand.

Objective of the Game
The primary goal of the Lekh Dhumbal card game is to arrange cards into valid sets (called “lekh”) and minimize your total points. This app is used to replace this lekh where setting cards will automatically calculate using this app. The player who can reduce their score to zero (0) by forming valid sets wins the game.

Card Values
- Face cards (King, Queen, Jack) are worth like 13 point for king, 12 point for Queen and 11 point for Jack.
- Number cards hold their face value (e.g., 5 of Hearts = 5 points).
- The Ace is worth 1 point.

Rules of the Game
- Each player is dealt 5 cards.
- The remaining cards are placed in the middle as a draw pile, with one card facing up to start the discard pile.
- Players take turns drawing a card from either the draw pile or the discard pile and then discarding one card.
- The goal is to form valid sets (lekh) and reduce the total points in your hand.
- A player can declare “Dhumbal” if their total card points are 10 or less. Once declared, all players must show their cards, and the one with the lowest total score wins the round.

Winning the Game
- The player who successfully arranges their cards into valid sets with the lowest score wins the round.
- The game continues for multiple rounds, and the player with the lowest total score across all rounds is the winner.
