It's convenient, but glitchy. The app doesn't always stay in sync on the same clock pattern as the actual machine. The help features are great such as wash suggestions. When a Tech is needed for repairs issues are usually resolved timely. But the machines clocks continue to not pair with the app. Has potential, but if I have quarters, I rather use them.
It's not great. Slow to connect to machines. You have to go back to home to choose to start another machine. Many times notifications that machine is finished come up to 10 minutes early. I miss the wash cards the apartments used before this. Much easier to use. Adding only 25c to extend dry is a pain. It would be great if you'd have favorite settings saved to start machines. 12/18/23: my review still the same. I feel it's slow and clumsy. I much prefer the system that we used before this.
A miserable buggy piece of garbage made cheap for the purpose of wealth extraction. Different parts of the UI all have differently out of date views of things like your balance, which machines are running, etc. Almost every time I do laundry I must navigate a gauntlet of random failures. I would happily avoid it if I had any alternative. The worst part is that the idea of the app is great. Pay and manage your laundry from your phone, yes! This implementation sucks though.
