I'm not against the idea of using an app to do laundry, I don't particularly care either way but it just doesn't work. It takes forever to load, only to never connect with the washer.

Trash UI, doesn't accurately track location, troubleshooter has no functionality, poot response time, a literal extra barrier to doing a mundane weekly task 🙄 I couldve have found and paid with quarters far more easily...
