This app has no lists or shared favorites, which makes the app pointless if you're home shopping with others. What's irritating is that you get the notifications when a shared user favorites a home, but it doesn't show up anywhere in the app. I'm moving to another real estate platform.
I downloaded the app to get notifications of new listings but it seems like when you do this, the listings have no photos at all when they first go up. And despite not having "sold houses" in the notifications it keeps sending me houses that just sold. I don't want to see houses that just sold, why would I want that? I just want to see things in my filter that are for sale and have information like pictures to check out.
Stars are based the feature to calculate distance from multiple locations & ability to calculate/see possible payment options. However, I don't like that the feed keeps searches that are not from saved locations. I searched an area just to see the distance from a particular location & properties from that area floods my feed. The feed should only be results from saved & intended locations, not random area searches. If I like something from a random search I can save it to favorites.
