It's totally free. (k( far. easy enough. I pause mine and set a minimum rep for myself. I have a back injury, so I am slow. Also, sometimes, I need the time to research on what areas I am working and find a back injury friendly exercise.
This is a great app for beginers. It help u to move ahead slowly but surely. One need not have any other devise to use this app. One can do multiple repetitions of the same stage, if u wish. I am happy with its value addition to me.
This is a good app, you can pause it to see the exercises. But no where in the description does it say it costs money to open additional days. You get the first 4 lessons right away. Then they want you to pay money or wait days to open the next lesson. They should be open and honest with what is free and what you have to pay for.
