However, this app counters all their target purposes. It always causes longer time to clients due to pushing clients to explore games, Fortunetelling. Meanwhile main features like e-receipt, discount coupon fail.
Pre-order allow to place order with Quantity 1 per order. When I placed two orders to be delivered on the same date 7-11 missed one order (they dont have enough stock to supply). Then they change my order status to be "postpone delivery by customer' then i will have to choose new delivery. Anyhow this time, I'm also placing the third order to be delivered on that new schedule date. I will find out whether 7-11 corporate know how to solve client's issue, or let the issue recur, in a week.
