I've searched the location where I want to purchase and pay from the physical store then as I fill the exact location, the location always show from the Luzon area, not even a single store showing from any 7-Eleven store from Mindanao. Can you fix this? It's frustrating that our location won't show up from this app. Remember that not all users are living in Luzon area, consider us too, your customers/ users. And please do an upgrade of this app as I think it's way too behind from any other app.
The application si good but unfortunately it is experiencing periodical network error. And mostly it is incovenient to use because the top load at cliqq wallet is only intended for products unlike other e-wallet apps which can use to pay bills, mobile loads etc,. Hoping that the developer might consider to innovate and improve this application. Thank you.
Logged out my cliqq account. Then upon logging in, OTP was supposed to be sent as verification. However, no OTP was sent no matter how many times I try to click the resend button. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still same issue. Now I am having problems as to how to access my account.
