Like other reviewers, I did not have a problem booking hotels using this app until this year. So far I have spent on average one hour on each booking. Everything is fine until I enter my Visa or Mastercard information. Then I get a message saying details are not correct. I have always used the same card, and it works for Marriott :) maybe that's a sign to keep my titanium status with Marriott instead of accruing with Accor. I suspect there may be an issue with the Authorize with Visa step.
This app is very unstable. During my first attempt of booking my stay, the app showed an error at the payment page. So I had to re enter my card credentials, and the payment went through. But the next day, I can see in my profile, the rooms got booked twice. And my card was charged twice. When I contacted Accor customer support, they are not willing to help, and they said even though it's the app's mistake, the amount will not be refunded because it's a non-cancellable booking. I'm clueless.
Been using this app forever! Straightforward and easy to book. The only thing I can "criticise" is that there is an option to save your details but it doesn't seem actually do this (very minor thing). Apart from that, all good!! Wish Ibis Budget London Heathrow Central gets upgraded to an All Points hotel 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽
