I can't book anything. Literally no OYOs available. I tried like 10 cities, even clicked on a few that were suggested to me just to see if it would work and everything just said "unavailable". I don't get it. I didn't even select a date or click any type of filters, I was JUST searching cities and even if it said there were OYOs there, they were all unavailable. I will try again in a couple of days but at this point, it seems like I'll just be deleting.
Worst app. Worst experience with hotel and the customer service. Still haven't got a refund which was raised 15 days before Highly not recommend if you just want to be back of these stupid people. Every single time i pay through the app, i have to pay extra to the hotel as well. Sometimes there are no hotels in the specified location. The application doesn't work sometimes. It takes payment and says payment not done. There is no linkage or communication between the hotel or the management.
Tried to book a hotel room via this app twice. Every time when check in date was coming, OYO would call and tell you that your booking was cancelled due to unavailability of the room and didn't offer any recovery option. The main reason of cancellation was I booked at the lowest price and the hotel did not want to bear the loss. So sucks oyo. Better book using Agoda.
