Not user friendly to say the least. After checking in four passengers and choosing seats for all of them, the app turned black and I was redirected back to the homescreen. There was no confirmation whatsoever. I emailed an employee (good service!): it turns out 1 out of 4 passengers was not checked in. I returned to the app to fill out the information and it kept saying "oops, no trip for check in service for this passenger". Using the browser was not helpful either.
The forms were glitchy and hard to fill out and then it proceeded to send the confirmation email for login to a typo version of my email. I corrected my email address and tried to get the confirmation email sent four times to no avail. When I messagged the trouble shooting chat, it was in chinese. I used the online booking on my computer and the website was slow and glitchy and I couldn't view or print my boarding pass...it has to be picked up at the airport but with no mention of where.
Pro: It's in English, the UI is not terrible. Con: cannot use it to do online check in if you do not have a Chinese phone number. Everything require verification code that only works with a 86 number. Which makes me wonder why even bother to have an English app in the first place...
