I have updated it, I regret it, I am trying to book, it takes ages to load the prices ( and it is not loading actually), and it is freezing at the search page. In a nutshell, the app is not usable for booking. Unfortunately I could not add some pictures here to show you the issues. I have restarted and cleared the cash but still not usable. It will be nice to test the updates before release to not break what it already working. I hope that the flight experience will be better than the booking
Slow, inconsistent UI - overall simply not a great app. It does, however, have all required features - if you can find them. Why the complimentary reading magazines are in a discontinued app outside this one remains a complete mystery - that alone warrants one star. Please do better, Air France! [Update 20230409] Completely useless for tracking lost baggage. Doesn't contain any necessary contacts, either.
Giving it 3 stars, because I haven't used it beyond signing in yet, but process so far was horrible. Flaws: - when I first opened the app, bottom action bar was fully covered by a popup, leaving me guessing how do I log in / get to some kind of menu, - Captcha on every step, 3 times in a row? Seriously? 1 Captcha per user flow is enough. - The contrast is horrible. Finding input fields almost impossible, - Writting is laggy af (Samsung S21 Ultra) Suggestions: Get a focus group and better QA.
