Airtel Google search results are being forced to open in the app. I never have given this app permission to open pages with my search results. They are violating all sorts of protocol . Once the page is opened on the app, say international roaming, it is impossible to find what you need as Airtel now controls what you see and how you can see ut. And can be used to force customers to purchase unsuitable products. There should be no connection between my search ant this app STOP it.
This is very worst app. There is no place to contact customer care. More over only chat support is there that only advertising Airtel. Always different answers. I didn't like Airtel service. It's showing 5g is free but deduction 4g data and after internet becomes slow. There is no one to solve. I'm planning to switch to another network operator. Very bad experience.
Airtel service is getting worse day by day. It's network is very bad. It used to work fine, last one month, the network stopped working from evening to night. I have restarted the phone many times, after turning airplane mode on and off, the net does not work. I am very depressed and frustrated
