The app works perfectly! Waitaminute…all the channels I watch through airtel xstream app have VERY LOW video quality. The reason is that I have to watch channels (like SonyLIV, Docubay etc.) VIA airtel app. Solution: Either allow customers to watch their favourite channels DIRECTLY or improve the video quality. (Yes, my internet speed is very high - 200 Mbps - Because I use YOUR internet service!) Secondly, there is no search feature INSIDE any of the channels provided by your app.
Though It have Movie collection of users fav movie in users language it is not listing in Movies section in TV. But the same movie available in users language in Airtel Xstream Mobile version. There must be effective filter and categorization in Movie search. Airtel Xstream TV UI should be improved much to improve user experience. Search must be simple and easy. Especially in Movies section. Still no update.
The app works smooth in my phone and website . But it sucks on Xtream Box even though I downloaded it from Play Store for TV. The app on xtream box can be synched with my Airtel account but I am not able to play any movies even though I'm a premium platinum member. I tried Help and Feedback section of the app, email at airtel tv support emails, calling at 121 and 12150, but nothing works , pathetic support team . All they come up with an email saying that that Airtel have contacted you multiple times at 955XXXXXand 971XXX but couldn’t establish a contact with you. Bunch of lies and can be proved through call register record. Very frustrated with incapability of AIRTEL xtream team Planning to move to consumer forum for providing false information and claims about xtream app.
