Works well for me with my NVIDIA Shield. Of course, it does not work with copy-protected content like Netflix or Amazon Video, but it works fine with Plex, YouTube, etc. My only wish is that you could set a transition/smoothing time for the LEDs responsiveness, because sometimes they will flicker based on what's on the screen. It seems like a bug with the screen capture, since changing the capture settings (like frame rate or capture quality) will affect when/where it flickers but it won't get rid of it completely. That's the reason for the -1 star, otherwise the app is perfect for me. I don't think it is an issue with my setup, because if I do "color effect mode", it will never flicker. It only seems to flicker when it's screen capturing a mostly white/grey screen. It will also flicker when there's fast panning on the screen, but that's to be expected (and why I would want a smoothing setting). I think the flickering bug on a mostly white screen is a separate issue. Thanks
It did have 5 stars now 3 in hopes it works as it prior. Had this for a couple years with my led lights and loved it. Not used it in about a year because I had moved. Set up on my shield today and now keeps crashing. Locks up my shield until I unplug the usb. I have it set up correctly since I used it for a year or two before my move. New ver 1.2.0 and to have some issue. Anyway I can roll back to older ver of software?
Works well, but unfortunately any streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, AMC, HBOMAX, YouTube, Crackle, Pluto, Tubi and more the screen capture doesn't work so the lights won't work in Screen Capture mode. I am using it on Chromecast with Google TV with a USB-C hub. It works great on games and almost all other apps, including the UI. It does work with Kodi 19, but you can't watch Hulu, Prime, Netflix etc.
