I usually give really good reviews, but not this time. This app is pretty scammy. It has a free "limited" version and a premium version. The limited version lets you connect the light bulb, change its color about 5 times, then it stops working completely. Even if you watch the ads. So you are forced to buy premium if you want to change the light more than a 5 times. I would have been fine if they were up front and honest about the fee. But they aren't.
I will definitely never purchase these light bulbs Wi-Fi/Bluetooth. This app sucks. I will never recommend it to anyone. Every time you try to use a function to either turn on/off or change color or dim/brighten it will force you to watch an extremely long and loud add. This app will force you to pay for the monthly or lifetime subscription just to use the functions. Very disappointing. I am returning this item back to the store. If I could give it a 0 star rating I would!
Ads are horrible. Sometimes freezing up the entire app making it unusable. I would love to send you the annoying vicious cycle of ads rendering the app useless, but your email you provided below isn't even legit. Gmail will not allow me to send anything to that email address. Please give me an email so I can share the awful ads I get making your app useless!
