When the app works it works well. The problem is when it doesn't work - which is all too often. It can take dozens of attempts for the paired devices to connect. Worst thing is that it constantly shuts itself down due to instability, app errors and even updates. If the app needs an update it will shut itself down in the middle of the night. I can't fully rely on the app and am constantly checking my phone's all night. At best it works well, at worst it is dangerous - potentially deadly.
App is absolute garbage. Worked for two weeks and now the damn volume doesn't work. The app is super laggy, its slow and a patch has not been issued for android. I have a 2022 model Galaxy. Get a REAL BABY MONITOR. Will NEVER recommend this trash to anyone again! Had me early i thought it was phenomenal, but I was wrong. No update with all of these issues is disgusting.
Charged twice, account still not upgraded to full, support doesn't answer. Also the app is unreliable, constantly disconnects and it's a hassle to connect again. Too risky to trust. Developers if you read this, answer my emails pls.
