The new layout is terrible. It is difficult to navigate and use. It times out quickly qnd doesn't give you time to read the user agreement. When I was finally able to get through the user agreement, I've found that they have basically written a document that excuses them for any mistakes they may make and make you responsible for anything that happens in the ap AND they can share your information with anyone. I am not happy. The ap is terrible.
Morons! Didn't have the good sense to properly arrange the sub-accounts in the correct order on the new app. Totally jacked up the way people are forced to view their money...which makes this unnecessary update even more difficult to use. Also, we can't even rearrange the account tiles to our preferences! Absolutely infuriating!
I know my username and password because I tested them in the old app and on the website before the switch to the new app, and the new app still says my credentials are wrong. It's expecting me to use my account number as my username instead of the normal one (according to the forgot username link on the website) and still not accepting my password (I had to create a new password using the forgot password link on the website and then go into security settings and change my username). Please fix.
