Too many bugs. It's not clear when the app sends you to the web, and when it does it gets caught in a maddening loop. While on the website it gave the option to download the app, and when I selected that option I was sent to the App Store, which did not recognize that I already have the app and wanted me to download it. Obviously being sent to the web from the app interrupts the communication with the phone itself. Bad programming! Not enough room here to elaborate.
Here's an idea, if you are going to force your app on users, how about making sure the damn thing works first. AppTan doesnt work even after changing and ensuring pin. Taking photos of bills doesnt work even with direct sunlight. App doesnt even recognize that you've been using the nonfunctioning photo function continously, and logs you out after 5 minutes for not doing anything!!! When do we get to throw the damn app out for not doing anything. Ive never used a worse app.
Slow, really un-intuitive UI, a lot of functions missing, difficult log in procedure. Would not recommend this bank if you need to use the app often (website is also not better). Only good is that they cathegorize the payments to give an overview. Its however only possible to see total over a longer period and not average and no line graphs, making it non-usable to track changes in spending behaviour
