Could be easier for people with visual impairments. I've asked asda about this many ti es and have been told the following 1. Get someone to do it for you (love alone, know noone I cN ask 2. (WORST AND MOST FREQUENT RESPONSE) THEY HAVE BO PLANS TO ALTER THR APP IN THE NEAR FUTURE TO DO THIS 3.use a Web browser - this makes it more difficult 4. Use a desktop PC (why would I buy one just to do shopping! I know play ASDA BINGO with this and substitutes - brings me joy out of frustration.
struggling to have everyday foods delivered, because they are out of stock. I have been informed that deliveries are packed prior to daily deliveries arrive. Last couple of deliveries of fresh prepared veg are off before the use by date. most delivery staff are really helpful and polite as I have mobility issues, which I am grateful for.
Total nightmare. I always have to verify payment with my mobile banking app. It doesn't process. Goes back to the payment screen no matter how many times I verify it. I even go to the main site suggested. I've asked my bank, and they've said they accept verification. Sometimes, it eventually goes through. Usually, I have to use my husband's card, and there's not an issue. Rather infuriating when I regularly use click and collect. If the free from range wasn't as vast I'd go elsewhere.
