Easy to use, I've very occasionally had an issue with creating vouchers because the button greys out, but closing and reopening the app usually fixes it. The star products list is usually a good selection. The app automatically applies vouchers to your basket but it does warn you not to convert unless you are ready to use them. I know some people dislike the general six month expiry date but if you use features like the Christmas saver, this is extended to the end of their Christmas period.
A few weeks ago, my local Asda's rewards system was down, frustrating! However, the helpline lived up to their name and sorted the rewards promptly with no fuss, which is impressive given how difficult some other customer service sites can be. It would be good if all the shelves were kept up to date in their labelling of Star, Superstar products. The shelf labels don't always match the information on the app.
Please PLEASE bring back the £ for £ Missions!!!! Where if you spend so much on your shopping, no matter what you bought, you get £1, £2 etc. This was removed a number of months ago, and alot of shoppers find it difficult to build up £'s now. It was a great incentive! Now you only offer £'s on certain items and some shoppers don't buy those items. VERY UNFAIR!!!!
