Very interesting barre training. I would suggest mentioning at the start that the Barre version requires a chair so that we do not run to find it in the middle of the training. Original music choices to accompany us. Maybe a desktop version would help to connect the video output with the TV big screen because cellphone screen is limiting. Nice effort!
I love all DownDog apps, unmatched individual fitness service. I was looking for a long time for an app where the timing is right, music not distulracting, adjustable voice, nice video and to be able to chose what area to focus on. These guys tick all the boxes! 👌 and Barre burns like 🔥🔥🔥 woohoo
It's fine. Pretty repetitive. Some instructions are confusing or flat-out wrong and no updates are made. Only benefit to paying for this is getting the related yoga app, but I'm still going to save my money next time my renewal comes around.
