This app is challenging as well as beginner friendly. It is possible to hear more music or more voice instructions, depending on preference. I couldn't do the free trial, because I was sick and I nicely asked for another free trial. They gave me the trial and the app was so great, that I am getting the yearly subscription now.
This app is so amazing, well designed and has very good practical logic. It has high potential in customizing exercises according to one's level and preferable focus. Wide range of exercises/positions in good combinations. Very beginner-friendly is a big plus point. Yearly fee is also reasonable. Went for 1 year membership and it's totally worth it! 5 stars!!!! ♥️
a great app. I love the ambiance, the customization and the voices. the only problem that I have is that for a total beginner with a terrible physical form there are no variations available to make exercising easier. for example, in NTC the couch tells where the knees might be bent, etc. I would appreciate if there would be similar guidance is this app too.
