Used to be fine, no issues. But the last two updates after they added rewards just made issues. Screen would look pixel but work now it just freezes. I've uninstalled an everything, but nada. Rewards haven't worked for almost 4 months and they send an email saying, we wont take away your unused points yet and we will extend by 2 months. Oh thanks for trying to make it look like a personal favor because THEY have everything screwed up. I've donated and haven't gotten the full payments also.
The app is better than driving all the way to a center only to find out everything is booked but that is about it. If you switch donation sites, it takes forever if you type in the name of another city. The Map Feature is pointless since you can't just click on the map and have that center pop up. Instead you still have to peruse through a list that has absolutely no order to it and try to find your state. Good luck with that... Has too many bugs and glitches.
Attractive app, needs a couple of improvements: When logging in, every time the app flashes several times with lines across the screen. The fingerprint option only worked twice and I can't get it to let me use my fingerprint to log in anymore. Otherwise, this app is nice to look at and easily allows me to make and reschedule appointments, get info, and track payments. Thank you
