Rewards system is messed up big time!! I get the blow off( which it is).I received 2 seperate emails at the same time. One, express pass, the other congrats reaching gold status, and it put me over 5000 pts! I go to redeem a 10.00 pass to amazon, it says not enough pts???!!!! No one from mgr on down has gave me even a remote possiblity of what has happened or what they are doing to resolve the issue! Other than that the place is mostly top notch,,,,, but rewards??!??!!! Right
The app is easy to use and convenient. But the rewards system is being messed with. Rewards are being removed from the program. I have over 8000 points but have nothing worth putting those hard earned points towards. The life time express pass was taken out of the program for no reason. If your going to have a rewards program put up something thats worth working for besides just an annual pass witch is only worth 300 points. Please put back the lifetime express pass as a reward for us donaters.
For anyone not able to login with Google, I was able to fixed mine by creating a new account. It linked my information so I still have access to my card balance and what not. Hope this helps. To the developers, I shouldn't have had to create a new account when I had an account that used my Google login. I don't remember setting up a password when I created the first account. That could be the root cause, but seem like it wouldn't be an issue if the app didn't continue to drop data upon updates.
