What a mess of an app & website! I have been trying to purchase my tickets for 1hr now! I tried to do it through website & through the app. Just keeps giving me an error. I know it's not my banks fault. I think I'll have to buy different flights on an airline who's website actually works. The phone number mentioned doesn't lead anywhere."Write to us" option is lagging and keeps freezing as I try to fill out the form.I tried it all, & honestly I rather pay a bit more than to feel this frustrated.

However, upon clicking 'next,' I encountered an expired session, resulting in the loss of all entered information. Rather than redoing the entire process, I opted for a different airline. Login bolbol=>"An error occured try again later". Search monthly charts=>"An error occured"
