Terrible. Two tickets to get to the same destination. Bought the second one because I had a bad feeling and yes first one had ended up getting cancelled. Second one was delayed for 12 hours. Let's just say I missed my mother's Birthday which I booked 2 days in advanced. Lost over 40 hours in the trip and $400! Ridiculous! As well as the app doesn't go by email anymore so it's hard to track your things! If they don't do a partial on my last trip Im deleting this app and forgetting about Greyhound
So far it's been pretty reliable and accurate on my trip. Times update and change.i noticed my bus status did not update from on time to delayed when my Dallas transfer was late. Other than that, it seems to be functioning near top expectations for apps design. I'd like to suggest adding driver ratings link for passengers to leave feedback more conveniently. (Current driver is above expectations and deserves kudos!)
Used greyhound to purchase a bus ticket to another city for an event. They sold me a ticket on another carrier, who has godawful service and no way to ckntact them. My bus was cancelled an hour before I was supposed to leave, with no warning. I got to the station and was stranded, with no way to get to my destination and zero assistance from them. I can't even get a refund (only a voucher) and they will charge a $20 cancelation fee FOR THE TRIP THEY CANCELLED. Terrible service.
