Forced to download the app to declare a network incident to try to get an answer, which seems to be one of the things the app doesn't do. But hey, I can get my bill on my phone, the same one I already get by mail or through the website
avoid at all costs. negative stars if i could. the company offers false discount promises, only to charge the full post contract rate and lock you in the contract. negligent customer support to non french speakers. to make things worse, they keep spamming me with pure french calls, despite making it clear very politely i need to speak english. no bilingual staff in the entire team? utter incompetence. how i wish this company is sued for violating contracts.
Even worth than before! Impossible to change rdv of technician, no chat, no support at all. Just a shame to do the work like this. I'm ashamed to use bouygues as telecom :(
