Good selection but missing some basic functionality. Within the player itself there's no "start over" option and no picture-in-picture feature. There are usability issues on the app made for other platforms too, such as Roku and smart TVs. E.g., if you're rewatching a series, the episodes you've already watched don't automatically start over, so you have to manually choose "start over" or "resume" which often interrupts autoplay. Love the content but needs some UX work.
Edit: issue fixed. Mobile app nor roku tv app are working. Tv gives code 500 error, or "unhandled exception", & can't even log in on the app (downloaded it just to see, after power cycling, uninstall/reinstall, etc, to make sure it wasn't on my end). So i get an extra day added to my service since it's down when i want to watch it? Of course not. Not sure I'll resubscribe after this 1 year is up in April, especially if there's more of this.
WhiIe I really enjoy britbox programming, I'm not thrilled with the app. Being unable to do either split screen or moving to another app and having britbox play in a separate window is really dissatisfying. It's unfortunate because this seems like a basic functionality. Update--2/26/24--Still can't download or pop the picture out and do anything else on the phone at the same time. Disappointing.
