Pretty mediocre. It crashes not infrequently. Although it purports to be able to show you your departing gate, it does not tell you the gate number until after you have boarded the plane. Third party flight tracker apps tell you the gate number before the BA app does. It's also very wonky when it comes to showing your boarding passes. Sometimes it shows the passes for everyone in my party; other times it doesn't.
Frustrating to use as someone who booked through a travel agent and ticketed secondarily through American Airlines. I tried to change something related to my flight for days and was unable through the app or chat Customer Service, and couldn't locate a number to try to do it directly. Really frustrating, and resulted in an uncomfortable boarding and flight experience.
There is obviously some thought going into the forms to try to make a good experience, but it sadly falls short at EVERY corner. Everything is difficult, slow, incorrect, stressful, and simply worse than any other app I've ever used. It needs completely redone by a different team.
