The app is slow and very glitchy. Filling in passenger information takes forever and keeps cancelling. It doesn't let us enter details sometimes and save it. I had to use the website constantly for this instead of the app. Some links regarding travel information do not work either. Overall, quite disappointing for a decent airline with medium to good air service experience.
It's a very beautiful app, but seems very clunky and lags way too much. Sometimes I encounter errors after submitting my selections and information. Some of the things like seat change map does not fit within the screen height of my phone. The app should be re written from the ground up for more fluid experience.
We need an fully functional app, not a half-baked web browser: The app seriously needs a refresh with a bunch of fixes. Although it appears to have a user friendly interface, the functionality is terribly hampered by poor load times, redirecting to websites while navigating within the app where you are forced to login again while being buried in cookie consent pop-ups so much so that it might be easier to use the website on a browser instead of the app itself.
