I like this app because it doesn't make you think it's free and then charge you...it IS free. I mean, there's an add free paid version with tech support and all that..and I DO plan to get it when I can.. But right now it's awesome. I was also genuinely tired afterward, I could feel my muscles burning where it was working. It starts off slow, so you don't hurt yourself and strain your muscles, then gets harder. This app gets 5 stars most definitely. Good job!!
The visual description of each exercise as you go along plus the extra time to prepare you to set up for the next portion of the workout was a game changer for me. Also showing what area the exercise was targeting was great to see and ensured me I was doing it right. I felt the burn 🔥 having not worked out in a minute I didn't feel overwhelmed. Definitely an app I would recommend that you try if you're looking for something that works with no equipment at home.
LOVED my first 2 minute warmup exercise! I have tried many apps, but this one is my favorite so far. The exercises have the perfect music playing in the background AND are guided with a voice to let you know when to start, when you've made it halfway and when you are almost done. PLUS, there is an animated breathwork feature to help you know when to breathe in, hold, and breathe out. All of these features made the routine seem to fly by. This is a great app that I will continue using.
