Simple stretching is easier for someone who doesn't exercise much and is lazy to move the body, especially mature people towards old age. Less than 15 mins per session in the early morning before shower, gives some flexibility to the muscles and joints. 2nd day, I will consider signing up the non-ad subscription after 2 weeks.
