Good service and does exactly as advertised, you can find great deals but this of course depends on what you're looking for. I got an anime figure for $75 total which regularly resells for over $250. On the other hand, an order of a $4 poster had shipping of $30. Shipping has a wide range of options, but overall is faster and cheaper than competitor Jauce which I have also used. The only thing I haven't used yet is the consolidation service. App can be slow sometimes but all in all it's good.
The app is jumbled and janky and their search option is bugged. They show you sellers that you can't even buy from. What's the point of showing it if I can't buy it!? And when you do get someone, thinking you got a good deal, you have to pay MORE for it to even be shipped out of the warehouse, sometimes double the amount you would pay for the product if you just went on Amazon or eBay. Please, don't waste your money here. It'd be easier on anything else.
Edit: I've bought a lot using this app. I would go for the lite plan. I've never had any problems with fake items or inaccuracies. When consolidating ask them to remove original shipping boxes. When I do this my package reduces by 1kg or more! Take advantage of coupons, i got free shipoing and saved $100. But app is buggy and is down a lot :(
