You can tell over the past 1-2 years that the platform is trying to keep itself relevant, stay safe, and retain users by introducing more functions. Good intentions, but personally I feel nearly all the new functions are very user unfriendly, and every few weeks the UI changes again, each one less intuitive than the one before. I suspect I'm speaking for many to say that a simple, easy to use platform that is not cluttered with ads and complicated functions is what we're looking for.
This app is rlly useful for buying and selling 2nd hand items, but unfortunately it's held back by an inconvenient and frustrating to use interface. They recently swapped the like button for the cart button, transferring likes to a more obscure position even though its used way more often. The chat interface is a hellhole, super cluttered, glitches like chats disappearing/duplicating, and ads blocking access to certain chats. Many more smaller issues, interface desperately needs an upgrade.
The platform allows and encourages sellers without verification or withdrawal to enable the buy button, and once a buyer clicks the buy button and finishes an order, the seller may ask where the money is. This should be changed. I have sent feedback to their customer care and messaged their co-founder. Let us see whether it will be improved or not.
