The app gives you a quick overview of how many calories you've already consumed on any given day and how you've got left according to your plan. It also tracks water intake and you can track physical activity. The choice of pre-programmed foods is at the same time large & limited. I don't need 3 different avocado dips to choose from when I'm not able to quickly find hard-boiled eggs in the list. It's sorely missing a barcode scanner & a search bar. Still quite good for a free app.
It's a good app, but the search system is a little wack. Unless you're in the section where you can put together your own meal, there's no way to manually search for food by a keyword - at least I haven't found it. Scrolling through each food category, guessing where the food you're looking for may be, and searching for it that way is too time-consuming. The app notified me begging me not to leave a bad review based on the search system... if you don't want bad reviews, improve the aspect that users are complaining about. Other than that it's a good app which I'd recommend.
Great app I use daily to help me trim unnecessary calories. Raises awareness and has decent metrics, especially considering its free. My wish, is that you could use a search function for food without creating meals or going through the categories. Also, sometimes when creating your own meals through ingredients you added yourself will come up to 29,999 calories, and I can't figure out why. Maybe a bug? Not sure if 200 grams of anything could have that many calories 😂😂 Thank you!
