This is a great app! The premium subscription is very affordable, and has a TON of useful features, including a huge database of foods, ability to track every conceivable nutrient, several different diet plans (carb/fat/protein %ages), and and now even a tracker for intermittent fasting. Tech support is very responsive and efficient. Anyone looking to lose weight or just keep track of what they eat should take a look at this app.
I really like this app! it allows you to easily log all your food and thus keep a record of your calories and basic nutrition even in the free version. My only gripe is that many times I eat foods for lunch or dinner that I might have eaten at breakfast but the the app shows past foods from the meal you pick to log. you can get around it by going to a drop down menu and my foods and going to a previous meal that you ate that food, but it would be nice to have a set of keys for each.
This app is INSANE! It is super easy to track everything I eat just by scanning bar codes. I have learned a lot about how horribly I've been eating (which explains why I hadn't been losing weight). Look around you at how many people are visually overweight. Everyone should use this. Used it for 2 weeks and lost 8 pounds! Feel better about taking care of my body and losing weight. For $60? Well worth the money!! Tracks water and exercise too.
