I chose this app from around 9 others which I briefly tried out. I like it and use it more times a day. The thing which could be additionally implemented is a calendar (I currently see only the "mood by day" visualization, I don't know if it expands after 7 days) or a graph. I'd love to have that bird's-eye view perspective because it'd be easier for me to see where I stand right now. There are other apps with this feature, but they are not as good imo. I would be willing to pay more for this.
I am not happy with my experience. I paid nearly $60 for the app after the trial and have lost three or more journal entries since then. One did not save correctly and the others disappeared between uses of the app. For this reason, I have stopped utilizing it and sent an email to support requesting a refund. I will stick to a paper journal, thank you!
I adore this app! Three years and several updates later, this is still my absolute favorite CBT and journaling app. The daily mood tracker, guided thought journals, and crash courses are a nice addition. I previously did not see the value in the $30/year plan, but after purchasing it for myself, the additional guided journals and ability to customize positive/negative emotions, and the entries being cloud-synced makes the subscription worth it. Still would recommend highly!
